O bivalvo nas súas distintas preparacións é o protagonista absoluto, con receitas clásicas como as ameixas á mariñeira, con fideos, arroz ou fabas, pero tamén en cazola, con gambas, langostinos ou berberechos e mesmo elaboradas á ferrolana.
